General conditions
These conditions govern the booking and stay at the rural holiday accommodation «Finca Los Tigres» (registration VTAR/AL/00201), managed by MONTAJE Y DESARROLLO DE OBRA SECA SL (NIF B02837219). By making a booking, the guest accepts these conditions in full.
Booking process
Bookings are handled directly through WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed once the owner has communicated availability and the guest has made the corresponding advance payment. A written confirmation with the stay details will be sent.
Pricing and payments
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the season and length of stay. The final price will be communicated when confirming the booking.
An advance payment may be requested to confirm the booking. The amount and conditions will be agreed in advance. The remaining balance will be paid according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit may be requested and will be returned after verifying the condition of the property at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions will be communicated together with the booking confirmation.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will depend on the notice period and the agreed conditions. Please communicate any cancellation as early as possible.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be agreed in advance with the management team.
Please communicate your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to coordinate key handover and reception.
House rules
- Maximum capacity: 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior authorisation.
- Pets are accepted subject to enquiry and prior agreement.
- Parties or events that may cause disturbance to the neighbourhood are not permitted.
- Please respect night-time rest hours.
- The pool is used under the sole responsibility of the guests. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy and clean condition at the end of your stay.
- Breach of these rules may result in early termination of the stay without entitlement to a refund.
Guest liability
The guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment or common areas during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of damages may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law and Andalusian regulations on holiday accommodation (Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía and its amendments). For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Almería.
